Drive change in a dynamic environment as the Global Treasury Director at a major private equity-backed organization. Lead cash management initiatives and modernize treasury processes crucial for future growth.
This pivotal role involves building a best-in-class treasury function under the guidance of the VP, Tax and Treasury. You will manage global cash operations and lead a team to enhance cash forecasting accuracy as the organization prepares for an eventual public listing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cash management across various jurisdictions
• Direct cash flow forecasting and working capital improvements
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
• Ensure compliance with treasury-related postings and hedging
