Job Description
Position Objective
- Give a follow up to all the air shipments which mostly are guarantee service parts for our dealers.
- Work with the invoices and follow up to the virtual operations.
- Send the paperwork to the broker to notify the arrival.
- Generate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker.
- Follow up with the broker for the clearance of shipments.
- Maintain all the documents required by law in the file.
- Close pedimentos in the system (Aranxel).
- Fill the information of the shipments in google drive.
- Generate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker.

- Send DODA to shipping yard.
