Global Technical Support Specialist – Hybrid

UL Solutions is looking for a technical support specialist in Mexico, Estado de México, to assist customers with software troubleshooting and system configuration issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and three years of relevant experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with team members, interface with global customers, and be involved in critical support activities. Experience in SQL and strong communication skills are essential.
