Link-Worldwide is seeking a Resource Operations Manager (ROM) in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Mexico. The ROM will manage the staffing life cycle for various engagements and ensure efficient resources allocation. Key responsibilities include opportunity management, resource management, and reporting analytics.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in resource and staffing management along with the ability to work seamlessly with senior leadership. Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred, alongside skills in Tableau.
