What is the opportunity?
This role offers a central position within RBC Capital Markets' Global Research platform, working closely with senior leadership to drive insights and analytics that support decision‑making across the platform. You will engage with research professionals, sales and trading teams, investors, and coverage companies globally, developing analytical, financial, and operational skills that are transferable to a wide range of capital markets roles.
What You'll Do
Support and manage strategic initiatives for senior management, conduct data management, financial tracking, and analysis for the Global Research Department, develop analytics for senior leadership, and produce ad‑hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and clients. Collaborate regularly with internal teams—QTS, Marketing, Sales & Trading, Procurement, Market Data, and Compliance—as well as external clients and vendors.
