With at least 12 years of software quality experience, your mission will involve transitioning from traditional testing methods to a modern, AI-augmented approach. Establishing a QA hub in India will be a key focus, integrating advanced practices that meet the unique challenges of industrial IoT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define a company-wide quality and automation strategy
• Scale a global QA organization with a focus on India
• Advocate for modern testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
• Integrate AI tools for automated testing enhancements
• Establish pipelines for CI/CD integration in packaging software
Requirements:
• 12+ years in quality engineering with senior leadership experience
