As the Change and Comms Specialist for Payroll Transformation

As the change and comms specialist for payroll transformation, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and landing payroll changes in markets. You will need to enable seamless and sustainable change whilst ensuring business continuity throughout the change journey. You will be responsible for implementing the Global Payroll Transformation change strategies and plans, communicating changes to stakeholders and building capability for change adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of change management plans to drive successful adoption of payroll changes.
