Join a global organization as a Global Payroll Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to lead payroll operations for multiple countries while fostering compliance and efficiency.
Our client is hiring a Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for approximately 800 employees spanning Canada, the U.S., UK, Ireland, and Japan. As a leader reporting to the VP of HRIS & Total Rewards, you will harness your experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Now. Mentoring a direct report and leading the payroll audit process will be essential duties in this hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll for diverse regions • Mentor one payroll team member • Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing • Collaborate with HRIS on benefits and compensation • Drive process improvements and oversee payroll audits
