Job Summary

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Global Mobility Lead to design, implement, and manage the infrastructure that enables employees to move seamlessly across borders.

Responsibilities

• Architect Clio’s global mobility framework, including drafting mobility policies, defining tier packages, and creating standardized workflows for North American and international moves.
• Act as the sole point‑of‑contact for relocating employees, providing full‑cycle support from cost projections to tactical logistics (household goods shipping, temporary housing, etc.).
• Manage day‑to‑day immigration filing and tracking of visas and work permits, recommend optimal immigration pathways, gather documentation, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate with external counsel.
