The Global Mobility team designs and builds the infrastructure that enables our talent to move seamlessly across borders. By balancing strategic program design with a high‑touch employee experience, we navigate the complexities of global immigration, tax, and talent mobility to ensure our people can thrive wherever Clio needs them.

What you’ll work on:

• Architect Clio’s global mobility framework, drafting policies, defining Tier packages, and creating standardized workflows for North American and international moves.
• Act as the sole point of contact for relocating employees, providing full‑cycle support—from cost projections and tax implications to logistics of household goods, temporary housing, and more—while elevating employee experience.
