In your role as Global Head of Outplacement at Thrive, you will manage a robust commercial strategy while leveraging existing employer relationships and employee programs. With a deep understanding of workforce transitions, you will develop targeted employer segment strategies that facilitate expansion into the United States and United Kingdom. Your role includes significant pipeline generation and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a successful delivery model.

• Define market expansion strategy for outplacement services
• Cultivate relationships with CHROs and key decision makers

• Oversee client accounts to secure renewals and growth
