This role involves providing technical leadership on gender equality initiatives, particularly focusing on enhancing capacity through effective training and coaching. You will contribute to significant projects like the SRHR initiative in Bangladesh while ensuring adherence to critical gender-focused standards in all program areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of gender-responsive program indicators
• Provide mentoring and technical support in field regions
• Create gender strategies that promote justice and equity
• Lead capacity-building workshops for diverse stakeholders
• Represent World Renew in various gender advocacy forums
