Global Employee Relations Investigator

**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for contributing to the global employee relations framework evolution, including communication and case studies.The role delivers employee communications, supports performance management, offers expert ER consultation, and provides compliance guidance.The role develops training, collaborates with stakeholders, and represents the organization in external cases.
**Responsibilities**- Develops labor relations assessments and reporting, and ensures disciplinary policies, procedures, practices, and documentation are kept up to date.
- Examines case studies and contributes to the evolution of the global employee relations framework, including programs, policies, procedures, practices, and system enhancements.
