We are looking for a Global Customer Service & Compliance Director to join our Customer Service Department at FARMASI located in Mexico City.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Law, or in any related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer service and/or compliance roles
- Proven experience managing global or multi-market operations
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Preferably experience in direct selling industry
- Strong understanding of technology trends, including AI, and ability to leverage them in operations
