Global Corporate Banking - Mid-Cap Banker - Vice President/Executive Director

As a Vice President within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with public and private companies focusing on Japan headquartered companies. This group provides traditional corporate banking services and products, as well as investment banking products to its clients. You will also work closely with our business partners including product specialists ranging from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisition, Treasury Services, Risk Management and in identifying and supporting needs and cross-selling opportunities.

You will be task and results oriented, responsible for engaging and supporting deal teams and accountable for pitch book preparation and transaction execution, while ensuring seamless coordination among analysts, senior deal team members, and credit underwriting. ...
