Global CAPEX & Biotech Plant Lead

Consultys Switzerland is seeking a CAPEX & Engineering Lead for their facility in Aarberg. This permanent, full-time role involves leading large-scale capital investment projects, optimizing biomanufacturing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology and around 8–12 years of relevant CAPEX project management experience. Strong English fluency and leadership skills are essential.
