Job Description
We are recruiting a GIS Specialist to join our team for projects near Fort McMurray, AB. The GIS Specialist will be responsible for providing Geographic Information System (GIS) support across various projects. This role involves the collection, analysis and interpretation of spatial data to assist in the project planning, design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS applications, geospatial data management and experience in the civil construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain GIS databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of geospatial data.
- Create detailed maps and visualization to support project planning, design and decision-making process.
