Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supports design, execution, and improvements of complex integration processes; mentors junior team members and may have a limited number of direct reports, always fueled by a passion for data.
- Independently lead and execute complex data engineering projects, design end‑to‑end processes for converting and using external digital sources in the creation and maintenance of HERE databases and related products.
- Leverage data engineering technologies such as AWS Services, FME, ArcGIS, Python, SQL, QGIS, and others to transform and integrate complex data or create products.
- Assess and manage risks of complex bulk integration efforts, acknowledging that higher data volumes increase risk.
- Provide extensive GIS and spatial data consultancy, especially focused on bulk source integration efforts and process improvements.
