Join GHD as a Senior Project Manager to lead significant mine remediation projects under federal programs. This senior role emphasizes proposal leadership and effective management of complex stakeholder relationships.
In this role, the Senior Project Manager / Project Director will be accountable for all aspects of large remediation programs, from initial bids to execution readiness. You will enhance project delivery through a structured governance approach while interfacing with construction partners and stakeholders in challenging environments. Your leadership will emphasize environmental compliance and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive proposals through EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Establish and manage project governance frameworks
• Oversee communication with construction and owner partners
• Manage multidisciplinary technical contributions for projects
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative teamwork
