Responsibilities

• Leads, drafts and manages complex contracts in a global industry, in accordance with company policies and internal and external customer requests, schedules, and specifications.
• Prepares documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators.
• Manages contractual relationships with internal clients and external aircraft customers and operators.
• Maintains records associated with the preparation and review of contracts.
• Leads contract analysis and prepares reports to ensure that documents are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
• With the support of the Legal Department, advises the organization on issues concerning contract matters and provides contract solutions.
• Assists leadership with training requirements required by the company.
