Job Details

Contract position, 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians.
• Review patient status and assist prescribing physicians to complete patient enrollment.
• Prepare payer forms to access public or private coverage by reviewing patient charts and documenting prior therapies and tests.
• Identify obstacles to obtaining coverage and report them to the Program Manager.
• Develop strong working relationships with physicians and office staff; provide additional office support as needed.
• Proactively assist in resolving issues for assigned physicians.
• Provide training to physicians and clinics on the program and new initiatives approved by the manufacturer.
