Responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the business strategy aligned with global and regional directives.
• Ensure execution of the strategic plan with the sales team using pre‑established KPIs to achieve objectives across implementation, strategy and finance.
• Collaborate within the Strong Teams concept to ensure plan execution.
• Create product‑line marketing plans, applying performance, execution and financial KPIs.
• Develop market plans through Shaping and Marketing Development actions.
• Continuously analyze the portfolio in line with the market and global guidelines to maintain a competitive portfolio.
• Build omnichannel communication strategies, monitoring KPIs via campaigns in SFDC and Marketo.
