Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Production and Maintenance**- Directly responsible for all Production and Maintenance personnel with overall site responsibility.
- Manages all manufacturing activities, within company policies and procedures, to optimize the use of the operations resources, minimize costs and to maintain safety and quality.
- Develops manufacturing plans to improve budgeted efficiency and North America Process Improvement targets.
- Maintains facility capacity against budget.
- Responsible for all aspects of production including controls, scheduling to meet company and product requirements, and the delivery of adequate and appropriate maintenance programs in a cost-effective manner to minimize equipment downtime and maximize the use of available equipment.
