Abbott is looking for a Quality Operations Manager, for the production plant based in Santiago.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Documentation in the manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution processes for local and imported manufacturing products.
• Ensure the release of products manufactured and distributed by Abbott in a timely manner, and the safeguarding of supporting technical documentation in accordance with Abbott policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert level guidance and direction of the Quality Assurance and Validations across f the site.
• Establish appropriate quality improvement plans for the continuous improvement of the operation and the resolution of problems, identifying opportunities, evaluating risks, monitoring Quality KPIs and implementing contingency plans.
