Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across Inspired’s schools in Mexico, spanning 6 or more legal entities .

Ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing while driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with HR, Finance, and school leadership within a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple legal entities in Mexico, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Maintain full compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT).
• Manage submissions through SUA (IMSS) for hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Calculate and pay payroll taxes, social security contributions, employee benefits, and statutory deductions.
