Job Description
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:(Other duties may be assigned)- Manage a team of technicians over three shifts at 3 workshop locations, ensuring that their performance meets the company safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Manage the work schedule based on equipment availability and customer operational needs.
- Ensure work area cleanliness, tool accountability, and appropriate shop.
- Manage the Parts & Service Administrator and ensure that work is properly documented in the ERP system, this includes:- Managing purchasing to maintain stock levels.
- Maintaining an inventory of spare parts.
- Manage the relationship with the customer to ensure that work processes follow site safety and workflow guidelines.
- Communicate Equipment status and repairs to customer.
