Job Description
**Description**This position has regional responsibility for locomotive and freight car maintenance, inspection, and repair to continuously improve the availability and reliability of railroad equipment.Additionally, this position ensures that proper safety requirements are being met comply with regulatory safety rules and entities, Association of American Railroads (AAR) and Federal Railroad Association (FRA) requirements.It requires ability to lead and develop a workforce across a region, respond to interruptions impacting service to customers, and instill a culture of continuous imporvement related to safety and service to our customers.
