As an HR Generalist, your main responsibilities are:
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding:
Support the integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing the necessary guidance and information for a successful start.
Performance Management:
Support leaders and teams in performance review processes, addressing questions and ensuring the consistent application of the model.
Compensation:
Partner with leaders on compensation-related topics, aligning expectations and ensuring internal equity and consistency, with support from the regional team.
Engagement & Climate:
Analyze key people data such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, and team feedback, and propose practical actions to enhance the employee experience.
Talent Development:
Support talent development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and internal career growth.
