The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain compliance with local labor laws, and support employees and management across different sites, contributing to a consistent and high-quality HR service.

Prepare and validate monthly payroll using a strict 4-eye principle in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Management.
