The General Manager, Reflections, is accountable for the overall leadership, performance, and guest experience of the Reflections restaurant. This senior leadership role combines hands‑on presence with strategic oversight and full ownership of operational, financial, and people performance. The General Manager is expected to lead with an ownership mindset, ensuring alignment with Rosewood brand standards while driving continuous improvement, profitability, and talent development. While the primary focus of the role is Reflections, the position may support additional outlets or special projects as business needs evolve.
