A well-established U.S.-based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at its heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven manufacturing executive who can drive operational excellence, build strong teams, and serve as a key link between the Mexico operation and U.S.-based leadership.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on operations leader with a strong heavy industrial manufacturing background, experience working within U.S.-based organizations, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
