General Manager - Miami Distribution & Warehouse

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the General Manager - Miami Distribution & Warehouse is a highly hands-on leadership role responsible for the daily execution, organization, safety, and performance of the Miami warehouse, production, and distribution operation, which includes a large facility and a workforce of 15+ employees. While this role provides operational oversight to two smaller satellite store locations, the primary focus is direct, on-site leadership of the Miami operation.

This position requires consistent physical presence on the warehouse floor to ensure adherence to safety standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inventory accuracy, production flow, and operational discipline. The role balances active involvement with data-driven oversight by using KPIs, audits, and systems to measure performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
