You’ll be the Integrator to our founder’s Visionary. You’ll turn big ideas into clear execution, manage the daily rhythm of the business, and coach our leaders across sales, service, admin, and production. We’re a family-run lawn care company with 35 years of trust in the GTA—and we’re just getting started.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for performance across all departments
Implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) practices: run Level 10s, track Rocks, drive Scorecard traction
Build strong leadership across the company through coaching, clarity, and accountability
