Provide overall leadership and direction for the environmental services organization, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operational delivery.Oversee marine and terrestrial environmental monitoring programs including marine mammal observation, water quality monitoring, soil sampling, and acoustic monitoring initiatives.Manage environmental consulting and monitoring projects supporting major energy, port, infrastructure, and industrial developments throughout Northwest British Columbia.Lead project planning and contract execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and implement strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities, and prepare proposals for new projects and partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with industry clients, government agencies, community leadership, and other key st...
