General Handyman
Job Description
Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations.
We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.
You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:
- Door slab installation.
- Ceramic tile installation.
- Finish Plumbing.
- Kitchen and countertop installation.
- Framing.
- Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)
This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).
Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable. $25-$35/ hr
A successful candidate requires:
- A set of their own tools.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Their own vehicle.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
