General Handyman (Colombia)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all facilities
• Troubleshoot and repairs electrical circuits and fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repairs HVAC systems
• Repair roofing systems by replacing shingles, chalking and flashing
• Repair drywall by mudding and spacklingReplace trim, molding and casings
• Repair doors, locks and jams
• Troubleshoot and make plumbing repairs
• Complete minor projects
• Use manual and power tools to accomplish tasks
• Assist with general clean up, including bush and tree trimming or removal, edging, painting (curbs, parking spaces), and sign and fence maintenance
• Assist in the safe and secure movement and storage of property
• Assist in the repair roadways including smoothing non-paved surfaces and filling potholes
• Replace air filters regularly
• Other duties as assigned
