This role is ideal for a dentist who:
Has at least 5 years of solid clinical experience
Is confident managing patients independently
Values ethical, evidence-based dentistry
Is comfortable earning based on value delivered, not guaranteed salary
Wants professional autonomy within a structured, well-run organisation
