Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal counsel on corporate and operational matters
• Identify and mitigate legal risks effectively
• Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements
• Ensure adherence to legal and corporate governance standards
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel
Requirements:
• Law degree required; experience is essential
• 5–10 years of comprehensive legal expertise
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional operations essential
