Job Overview

Back office cashier and assistant to the controller.

Responsibilities

• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Daily reconciliation of Cash Outs, Floats, ATM’s, Teller Cash Dispenser (TDC), and Coin Dispenser.
• Receiving and recording cash and cheques.
• Emptying, reconciling and replenishing the Video Lottery Terminals (VLT), ATM’s and TCD.
• Recording and balancing all revenues and reconciling to a daily cashier’s report and a daily sales report.
• Oversee the A/R.
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
