In this role, reporting to the F&B Manager, you will assist in achieving service goals within the Banquet Department. You'll be pivotal in reviewing event details, managing staff assignments, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining high standards of service excellence throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up rooms per BEOs and communicate adjustments
• Collaborate with chefs on food timing and quantity
• Allocate tasks to staff for smooth event execution
• Conduct pre-event briefings and uphold grooming standards
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
• Food Service or Hospitality diploma preferred
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid Smart Serve and alcohol management certifications
