GBS HSE Student Intern

About the Role

The GBS HSE Intern is responsible for supporting the HSE-FM team in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills are required. Assist and support in HSE Metrics Reports and Analysis (Summary Reports).
• Follow up of the results KPO's of the entire HUBs population through Power Automate.
• Design of graphic pieces and HSE campaigns.
• Follow‑up to expired certifications and registration of courses according to the instruction of the HSE Leader.
• Review reports that have no residual risk and begin to assign action plans e‑mailing to the employees.
• Mapping of New Hires in the system.
• Processing the letters of coverage with the Occupational Risk Insurance Company (letter of coverage for occupational accidents for personnel working abroad).
• Keep the Ergonomics inspection file updated ...
