Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: 24/7 call coverage for 3 facilities Consults, GI procedures (including ERCP and EUS), inpatient rounding, and discharges Must be able to perform both EUS and ERCPs Average 10 new consults per day Average 10 procedures per day Average census 40-50 between all 3 facilities ED consults are routed through office (not EMR) and average 2-3 per day Schedule: 24-hour shifts 7:00a-5:00p on-site 5:00p-7:00a call Average 14 shifts per month Patient Population: All ages, Adult (95%), Pediatrics (adult sized patients < 18 years) (5%) EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 60 days, Temporary privileges available Requirements: Active Pennsylvania licensure Board certification AHA BLS certification Minimum 1-year Gastroenterology experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across a variety of clinica...
