Garden and Landscape Supervisor
Job Description
Manage garden and landscape projects as a Garden Supervisor. Oversee planting, staff organization, and grounds maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional outdoor results.
In this permanent full-time role, you will supervise and lead a team focused on landscape and garden projects. Responsibilities include planning the planting of trees and managing the scheduling and organization of landscaping work. You will also estimate materials needed for various projects, ensuring productivity and quality remain high.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planting and maintenance of gardens
• Hire and manage landscaping staff
• Schedule and organize all related tasks
• Plan grounds maintenance and construction work
• Order and manage materials for projects
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a supervisory landscaping role
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and techniques
