This role is ideal for a hands-on professional excited about supporting business systems and ensuring operational efficiency during a transitional phase. You will collaborate with the Manager, Industrial Data & Business Systems, on various tasks that include configuration changes, reporting updates, and workflow automation over a temporary engagement lasting up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and support Dynamics 365 and existing systems
• Maintain operational reports and assist with data queries
• Create and optimize workflows in Power Apps
• Update documentation and support training materials
• Collaborate on enhancements within the Bizagi workflow
