Job Description

Become an integral part of Carta’s team as an Associate Fund Controller. This role focuses on capital calls, audit support, and client relationship management, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
As an Associate Fund Controller at Carta, you will leverage over four years of experience to provide strategic support across fund administration. This includes responsibilities such as managing capital calls, preparing financial reports, and ensuring SOC compliance. You will interact daily with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance our Private Equity suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage capital calls and financial distributions
• Provide audit and tax support to clients
• Review financial packages and client deliverables
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry practices
