Role Overview
The Business Analyst – Automation & RPA will support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation initiatives within Fraud Operations, operating as a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager. This role partners closely with Fraud Operations teams, Automation Developers, IT, and external vendors to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and drive successful delivery of automation solutions into Business‑as‑Usual (BAU).
