Reporting directly to the Chief of Innovation the primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain web applications, intelligent agents, and automations for our internal initiatives with a strictly AI-native approach : every feature is conceived, prototyped, and delivered leveraging AI throughout the entire development lifecycle.This position requires a professional who codes primarily with AI assistants as a central productivity tool—not as an occasional complement—to multiply delivery speed while maintaining exceptional quality.
