You will be pivotal in managing store operations, greeting customers, processing sales, and keeping the environment organized. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your retail skills while contributing to our organizational mission of helping those experiencing poverty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries effectively
• Operate POS systems for sales and accurate cash reporting
• Sort, accept, and price donations, courteously declining when necessary
• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout store areas
• Support volunteers with training and supervision when needed
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long period...
