Full Time Retail Client Advisor

JAMES PERSE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A FULL TIME SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR FOR OUR MONTREAL LOCATION OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company with a focus on client development and client sales.

They will set the example in areas of customer service excellence, adherence to visual merchandising standards, and operational standards.

In the absence of Store Management, the Senior Client Advisor is charged with overseeing all aspects of the store and staff, when is the most senior presence in the store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.  Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.

Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
