Become a vital part of the Canada Homestay Network as a full-time Relationship Manager based in Red Deer, AB. This hybrid position connects students, hosts, and schools to enrich the homestay experience.
In this permanent role, you will oversee relationships and provide support to all stakeholders involved in the homestay process. Flexibility is necessary to accommodate training sessions, events, and emergencies, contributing to a safe environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and facilitate relationships in the community
• Provide in-person training and orientation for hosts
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain records
• React promptly to student crises and refer to professionals
• Manage travel to partner locations and community events
